Won Ton Wrapping Instructions
Put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten two adjacent sides of the wrapper with warm water or egg white. (If you use egg white as glue, you can put the yolk into the filling.)
Fold the wrapper in half so it makes a triangle. This is when it's important to press all the air out.
Press with your finger in this direction...
...so the won ton curls itself around nicely.
Put a little more water on one corner flap, and stick it to the other corner.
The finished won ton is ready to cook.
